Editorial Policies

Interdisciplinary Studies of Literature is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical research practices. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

Originality and Plagiarism

All submissions must be the product of original work and must not contain any form of plagiarism or self-plagiarism. Proper attribution must be given for all borrowed ideas, text, images, or data. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized material will be rejected and may be subject to further disciplinary measures.

Simultaneous Submissions and Duplicate Publication

Manuscripts must not be under consideration by any other journal at the time of submission. The journal does not accept duplicate submissions or work that has been previously published in any form. Violation of this policy will result in immediate rejection.

Proper Citation and Attribution

Manuscripts must adhere to accepted citation practices, ensuring that all sources, ideas, and previous works are properly cited. Failure to provide accurate citations or to attribute ideas appropriately may be treated as a breach of ethical standards.

Adherence to COPE Guidelines

The journal follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. All ethical issues and disputes will be addressed in accordance with these internationally recognized standards.
